Commercial Steel Door Installations

When you enlist our services, Access Innovations will conduct a free survey of your site. This allows us to get the exact measurements for your door, and ensure all of your requirements are met in full.

We offer a comprehensive service, installing the full product from start to finish.

Every one of our commercial steel doors are built to order. This means that they are individually constructed, to feature your choice of hardware, frame, threshold and vision panel. Both the doors and frames come as standard, as part of the installation. These are both polyester powder coated, to Standard RAL or BS finishes.

What’s more, we can provide commercial steel doors that are thermally rated, acoustically rated, fire rated, attack resistant and secured by design approved. This ensures a completely durable and dependable steel door, which ticks all your boxes.

Our installation services can be used by businesses of all shapes and sizes. We can install doors on both existing sites (with our team removing the old door for you, then installing the new door) and for new builds. We also have the skills and capacity to manage large orders of our products, and products of multiple types for extensive projects.

Commercial Steel Door Configurations

Our typical door configuration consists of a standard rebated frame assembly made from lightweight, high tensile steel. With an adjustable side expander system that offers 6 adjustable fixing positions.

Door leaves are 45mm thick, comprising of 2 x 1.2mm steel sheets over a 43mm hexatex core. Fitted with a flush lipped astragal for added security. Comprising of 2 x 1.2mm ‘Rustec’ steel sheets, the leaf is internally bonded with a dutch fold stitch welded system providing greater stability and protection against de-lamination. 42mm thick ‘Hexatex’ core.

Door leaves are hung on CE marked, BS 7352 Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral high security dog bolts.

Doors and frames are polyester powder coated to Standard RAL or BS finishes.
